WAGS was proud to support the annual Loudoun Soccer Golf Tournament on Monday, September 28, at Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club in Leesburg, Virginia, joining members of the local soccer community in support of programs that help more young players access the game.

As part of this year’s event, WAGS sponsored the Longest Drive Contest and an all-female foursome, bringing WAGS’ commitment to women and girls into an event focused on strengthening the broader soccer community.

The Loudoun Soccer Golf Tournament raises funds to support the organization’s financial assistance and After School programs. Last year’s event raised more than $20,000 to help provide soccer opportunities for children regardless of their financial circumstances, with this year’s tournament once again bringing supporters together to build on that impact.

For more than 50 years, WAGS has worked to create opportunities for women and girls through soccer. That commitment also means supporting organizations and programs that make participation in the game possible in the first place.

WAGS is proud to support Loudoun Soccer and the work being done throughout Northern Virginia to ensure more young people have the opportunity to experience the game.

Because creating opportunity in soccer starts with creating access to soccer.
